Sorry - Been Awhile

I'm sorry it has taken me awhile to get back to this blog, but to be quite honest nothing of real interest has happened so far.

Other than being able to eliminate at least once a day, and on most days two or three times, not much else has happened.  Now don't get me wrong, compared to how my system used to work, this is a small miracle.  But well, I just hoped for something more in the health department.

I'm still having fainting spells, I'm still sluggish as I usually am, and worst of all, my face has broken out all around the outer edges of my face.  Sure, I've always had a problem with acne, but this is crazy!  I look like a teenager, am just as tired as I ever was, and feel just as dizzy as before.

Now, I know that I am probably doing something wrong, or I may just be going through a healing crisis, which is a good thing, so I've decided to call the Dr. Nutra hotline and ask what I should do.  My fear is that they're going to ask me to buy another round of product because I'm "severely toxic" and, well, quite frankly,I don't have the money for that.

Well, that was my little rant.  I'm not feeling very positive today.  I need to call and find out what I'm doing wrong - pronto!

Day 3 > Dr. Nutra Colonix Cleanse - Not Much to Report

Sorry I didn't write yesterday, but nothing of real note happened.  I had one very poor elimination about twenty minutes after I ate lunch and that was it.  My stomach was bloated and I felt really puffy and ugly.  Needless to say I was annoyed that the bloating had to happen on the one night my boyfriend and I could get together.... (ugh!).

So yes, I was so disgusted by how I looked, felt, and the general poor eliminations yesterday that I was too depressed to even write about it.

But I did up the Kleri-tea's steeping time around four minutes, and well, you can read about today in my next post!

Day 2 > Dr.Nutra Colonoix Cleanse> Update

I had another elimination this afternoon. All in all I'm very pleased with today. I'm thinking that the extra water really did the trick.  Of course there hasn't been any really major results yet, like the one on the site (seriously, if you go on the site be warned the gallery is um, GROSS!) but I'm sure eventually I'll get interesting results.

Well, I'll be boiling my water to steep my Kleri-tea and going to bed soon.  I'll make sure to post tomorrow with any interesting developments.

Day 2 > Dr.Nutra Colonoix Cleanse - Sweet Release!

Well, just as I was typing the last few lines of my last post, I had the urge to go to the restroom.  It looks like the extra water did the trick and I had an elimination.  Nothing too crazy, just an urge to go then I went.  I'm glad that the Colonix is gentle and I don't have to worry about stomach craps or rushing to do my business.

Oh, I also want to note that this happened about fifteen minutes after eating lunch.  I've heard many people say that they have a bowel movement after eating, but having been chronically backed up all my life, I've never really experienced this phenomenon.  Perhaps my body is learning how to regulate itself.  Or maybe it has something to do with my new high fiber vegan diet.  Who knows, either way, I'm thrilled to be regular.

More on my dietary changes later.  I'll be writing a little about my new vegan outlook, and what finally changed my Midwestern view on animal products.  Just a hint, it has less to do with the farming practices, and a lot to do with the slaughtering house.  Anyway, that's another post for another time, until then, dear readers, be as healthy and productive as you can!

Day 2 > Dr.Nutra Colonoix Cleanse

Well, I took the Parnil this morning, waiting 15 minutes, then took the Colonix Fiber in a cup of lemonade.

I have to say, it's not the taste that gets to me with the powder, it's the texture.  I'm sure that if I put this in a banana smoothie I'd never know it was in there and the texture wouldn't be so weird.  But I want to make sure I drink it quickly so that it doesn't gel up on me, so for now, I'll just suck it up and deal with the texture issue.

Oh, as for the elimination situation, I didn't have one this morning, even though I upped the steeping time for the Kleri-tea.  But I did have an elimination about fifteen minutes after taking the fiber supplement, so that was good.   The thing is, people report two and three eliminations a day on this stuff and I get one.  Sure, it's a great improvement from my one every three days, but hey this stuff is expensive and I want to get my money's worth, ya know?  I figure if upping my water intake and my steeping time doesn't help, I'll be sure to call customer service and ask for advice.

While we're on the subject of customer service, let me tell you, I talked with a customer service rep while placing my order and he was incredibly helpful.  He smoothed out a minor order issue, then proceeded to explain which pages contained the directions on how to use the kit and not to hesitate to call if I had any questions or concerns.  He really seemed like a genuinely kind customer care rep who enjoyed his job and wanted to make sure I had the best possible experience.  Being in the customer care field, I know good service when I hear it, so I was very pleased with the way everything went.

So that's it for now, let's hope the water does the trick for me today!

Day 1 > Evening Kleri-tea

Well, I made it through the day and didn't have another elimination the rest of the day.  I suppose I should up my water intake and see if that helps me get things moving during the day.  After all, most people were reporting eliminations three and four times a day.

So to help things along I steeped my tea for a good two minutes tonight in hops that will get things moving along tomorrow.

Well, that's the end of day one.  Let's hope all goes well tomorrow.

Day 1 Update

It's 10:44am and I just finished my Parnil caps and Colonix fiber about 15 minutes ago.  I did eliminate for the first time today.  Wasn't unpleasant or urgent, just a normal evacuation.  I'm very pleased that  I don't feel like I have to run to the restroom every five minutes.
