Day 1 > Parnil + Fiber

Before I get into how well the Kleri-tea worked.  I want to start out by saying that last night I had a seizure in my sleep.  That is to say, I woke up with a racing heart only to feel my arms and legs stretching out and going rigid, while my hands and feet twisted down and to the side.  It was a truly frightening experience, and one I hope never to repeat.  Let's just hope this isn't the start of a whole new set of problems.

Now on to the tea.  I woke up and went to the restroom this morning but didn't have an urge to "go".  That's okay though because I only steeped the tea for a little over a minute because I didn't want to risk Senna tummy.  Senna tummy being the awful cramps that happen when you've ingested too much Senna leaf.  Trust me, it's painful!  But I digress...

Next thing on my agenda was to take the two Parnil capsules.  They smelled pleasant, a bit like cinnamon, and washed down easily with a little water.

Next up was the dreaded fiber powder (dun, dun, DUN!!) which I mixed with some lemonade I had sitting in my refrigerator.  I started to chug it but a little of the powder caught in the back of my throat so I had to slow down.  I cringed a bit thinking I was about to experience a nasty bitter taste once I gave myself a chance to experience the actual taste, but it turned out to be not so bad.  By that I mean, it wasn't the best thing I've ever drank, but it certainly was not the worst!  If anything it was the texture that gave me pause.  But hey, it's a fiber drink, it's going to be weird and powdery!

In the end, I'd give the powder 4 stars out of 5 for taste, not so much because it tastes good but because it doesn't taste bad, and if you've ever taken a powdered fiber supplement, that's a God send!  As for the Parnil capsules, I can't really judge.  They're capsules so they don't really have a taste.  I'll have to wait and rate them based on whether or not I think they're effective I guess.

Well, here's to a successful cleanse.  I look forward to sharing my journey with you! Until then dear readers, take care and be well, or as well as you can!
